This is the second to last episode of the year! I can’t believe that 2021 is coming to a close in just a short week and all of the beautiful and crazy things we’ve experienced together.

I don’t know about you, but I am certainly looking forward to a bright and beautiful 2022. I am so grateful for the new journey I am taking in my career and all the things I am building and planning with the podcast, my coaching practice and teaching. 

In this episode, we’re talking about forgiveness. Forgiveness is a very cathartic practice to release and let go. It gives you an opportunity to move on from people, experiences, things that have been weighing you down. I felt it was important to share a little bit of my story and why I practice forgiveness, but also for you to think about who you might need to forgive and how you can get started.
