I am so excited to finally air this episode. My good friend Krystal Hicks is back for a second time on the show. We are talking about a very important topic in our world right now as we continue to see the evolution of The Great Resignation. 

More people, now more than ever, are assessing and evaluating their values as it relates to work and what they want out of their employer and in the workplace. A lot of people have spent so much time self-reflecting on the things that matter most. 

In this conversation we focused on how Career Changes and folks who are seeking to transition from one industry to another can dig deep to see how their relevant experience is the biggest skill and gift that can be transferable in applying to a new job in a different field.

1. Don't look at being the person who checks all of the boxes, focus on the things you know well and are your strengths
2. Talk to people /Network/schedule informational interviews
3. Use LinkedIn (more on this in future episodes and courses )
4. It's okay to change your mind. Embrace the change
